Murano glass chandelier replacement part

I have a glass chandelier from the Murano glass factory we bought on a trip to Venice many
years ago. Recently one of the glass teardrops feel and broke in a move. I've searched the web,
but can't seem to get a number to the original factory or find a place that can replace this
kind of thing.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
